Elections and Notices

Elections:

No elections scheduled in the near future.  If you are a Buffalo Creek, CO resident and would like to volunteer for the Board please contact someone on the current Board (see Contacts).

2026 - BCWD will hold a Board of Directors election on May 11, 2026 if there are any open positions.

Notices:

10-21-2025: The Buffalo Creek Water District Board will vote on the 2026 budget at a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for  Monday Nov 10, 2025 7pm.  Meetings are at North Fork Fire Station 1, 19384 County Rd 126. Any Water District member may review the budget upon request and file or register any objections prior to the scheduled vote.

10-21-2025 During the winter, depending on the weather, the Board may hold meetings via a web-based meeting application.  We haven't tried this before but hope to utilize this for 2025-26 winter season;  therefore, if you plan to attend a 2026 Jan-Mar meeting please contact a Board Member to find out the meeting location and be provided a web link if the meeting is to be held online. (These web links may be different for each meeting, as far as I know, so please don't assume a web link is good for all meetings.)
